Beautiful shop and some of the most Incredible selection of flowers. Reasonable prices and the show was exploding with good quality flowers of all kinds, Colors and textures. The show owner is an absolute sweetheart and was incredibly accommodating. She stayed open until all customers were taken care of

I have ordered flowers on the website for a specific date. Then, I saw they have WhatsApp contact, I've instantly contacted them, and the support has responded in a second. Support was always on point, responding nicely and fast. I also had to change date which they've accepted very good and they delivered right on time. I have to say that flowers were so beautiful with also beautiful packaging. I'm fully impressed with the shop, I highly recommend it!

La atención al cliente dejó mucho que desear. La chica que nos atendió fue muy distante y poco amable. Aunque las flores eran bonitas, la selección fue bastante limitada, ya que no mostraron interés en vendernos, sino más bien en cerrar la tienda lo antes posible. Al salir, ni siquiera nos despidieron. La presentación del ramo fue mediocre y, sinceramente, 50€ me parece un precio excesivo para lo que ofrecieron. No recomendaría este lugar en absoluto

I live in the UK and send flowers to my girlfriend in Vienna. This company Blumenhaus zum Dom is really excellent. I previously ordered by phone and their picks were perfect, english great, understood the brief, carefully crafted the bouquet's and delivered flawlessly on time. Their new website ordering is simple clear and makes the whole process seamless. Much better e-commerce then most multi million €£$ brands that exist. Thank you!
